We do not provide engineering for these projects, but many of our clients have installed our Super Purlin system on other structures to great success. Projects have included large supermarket parking structures and municipal parking lot roof tops.

Can powers super purlins be used on other structures?

Although Powers Super Purlins were designed for use with our Carport and Ground Mount applications, they are also available as stand alone products for use with other structures. We do not provide engineering for these projects, but many of our clients have installed our Super Purlin system on other structures to great success.

The Z-purlins are stabilized by means of stiffeners secured to the purlins at bearing points and by means of tie straps extending between adjacent purlins. Z profiles is made of galvanized steel strips by the method of cold-bending formed. The surface treatment are galvanized.
